1. Issued by a company or organization.
2. Often used for paying vendors, suppliers, or contractors.
3. Payable to your business name (or you, if self-employed).
4. Require proof of business ownership or authorization to cash.

2. For Business Checks (Payable to a Company):
(1) Business License OR Registration Certificate
